Out of the ring she dresses to be ignored, in loose, comfortable things that don't photograph well, and people walk past White Static all day without looking twice. It suits her fine.
She'll talk to whoever talks to her, and she won't soften it, which catches people off guard. Nothing she says is meant as a jab. She doesn't do hints or talk around things, and she won't pretend not to have noticed something just to keep it comfortable. If she asks the question everyone else is stepping around, it's because she'd rather know than be polite, and she'll wait for the answer like it was a perfectly normal thing to ask.
Most nights she's somewhere in Solution Nine with nothing in particular to do, usually up where she shouldn't be, on ledges and scaffolding and the tops of things. Quiet places with a view, and no one else in them.
